Tour Information

The next tour will follow our May 24, 2012 meeting. The tour is conducted by bus and during the tour there’s lots of time to give feedback and answer questions on each listing.  Input sheets are gathered and faxed to each listing agent, so the feedback is great.

Our Tour sponsors that day will be Tracy Tolleson with Tolleson Family Mortgage and Janelle Wright with Title Management Agency.

The marketing area for the PVRMS covers the 85028, 85032 and 85254 zip codes.  Homes may be touted at the meeting for other areas and flyers brought, but the tour will be restricted to our marketing area.

 
Tour Requests

To put a house on the next tour you must email or fax your MLS sheet to Tracy Tolleson, our Tour Director, during daytime hours.   Please submit your form by noon on the Tuesday prior to the tour (or sooner, if possible) to tracytolleson@yahoo.com.  Due to the number of requests received you will be notified on Tuesday prior to the tour as to whether your home has been selected.  If you do not receive notice by Tuesday afternoon it will be YOUR responsibility to confirm your home with Tracy.  Attendance at the breakfast the day your home is on tour is mandatory and you must tour all homes on the tour.    $10.00 is collected from the listing agent for each home toured.   Tracy’s office number is 602-274-2400 and his fax number is 602-269-3113.
